Absolutely. You can view our completed homes on our website. Each listing gives you a clear picture of the quality and design standard we deliver across every development. We can also book an appointment for the recently ready projects at given point of time to give you a tour.
Buying a Home
You can secure a property with as less as 5% deposit which is held in your own solicitors trust account and is related upon final settlement, which is after CCC / new titles. The remaining balance is due on settlement day when your home is complete.
Yes, your deposit is completely safe. It is held in a trust account managed by a solicitor and is not accessible until settlement is complete.
No. The price agreed on your Sales & Purchase Agreement is the price you will pay. There are no hidden costs or price increases after signing.
Yes, you can choose interior colours and designs for yourself if bought off the plans while it is still under constriction. But all of our homes are designed alongside qualified architects to meet the needs of modern living from day one.
Yes. We provide bi-monthly video updates throughout the build so you can follow the progress of your home from start to finish. You'll never be left wondering — we keep you informed every step of the way.
Finance & Investment
New builds offer a number of advantages for investors. They are built to the latest standards, are Healthy Homes certified, and often attract quality tenants from day one. New builds can also be eligible for interest deductibility — we recommend speaking with your accountant or mortgage broker for personalised advice.
Yes. All of our properties are built to meet Healthy Homes standards, ensuring they are warm, dry, and ready for tenants or owners to move straight in. Your contract will also include a Healthy Homes compliant clause for added peace of mind.
We recommend working with a mortgage broker during the due diligence period to confirm your financing. You have 10 working days after signing to work with your lawyer and broker to ensure you are comfortable to proceed.
New builds from Reliance Residences may be eligible for the First Home Grant and KiwiSaver first home withdrawal. We recommend checking your eligibility with Kāinga Ora or your mortgage broker, as criteria and thresholds apply.
